Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at this resort was enjoyable overall. The location was perfect for exploring Cape Cod, and the spacious rooms provided a comfortable base for our adventures. While the kitchen facilities were minimal and the check-in experience could use some improvement, the pool area was clean and a nice addition to our stay. We won't be returning, however, as we found some aspects didn't quite meet our expectations.
I had a pleasant stay at the Holly Tree Resort. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore Cape Cod and enjoy nearby restaurants. The room was newly renovated and tidy, though the beds were a bit small for two adults. I loved having a kitchenette for some meals, but the towels could use an upgrade. Overall, it was a solid option that provided good value for family vacations.
My stay at this resort was a mixed bag. While the rooms were clean and had a nice, comfortable wooden floor, they did have a sour odor upon arrival. The pool was nice, but there wasn’t much supervision, which could make it a bit chaotic. The local dining options were excellent, but the overall amenities and setup left a lot to be desired. I was surprised by the lack of basic kitchen items and daily housekeeping. Overall, if you're looking for a place to crash with some local restaurants nearby, it could work, but it definitely has its downsides.
I found my stay at Holly Tree to be a mixed experience. While the location is great and the amenities like the pools are well-kept, the room was quite cramped for four and the lack of maid service was disappointing. The staff was friendly, but the overall feeling is more of a budget stay than a resort. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway without too many frills, this could work, but don't expect luxury.
I was pleasantly surprised by this place! The apartment was much better than I expected, offering a cozy and efficient layout that perfectly accommodated my family of four. The pool area was a lovely bonus, making our stay even more enjoyable. However, kitchen facilities were limited, making full meals a challenge, and the movie selection felt outdated. Overall, it was a great value for a family getaway.
